To Become an HCRC Friend

You must own or be a passenger on a Cruiser / Touring Style of Motorcycle.
All your information is confidential and is accessed only by the Founders to relay information and will not be released to any individuals, corporations or publications unaffiliated with the Highland Cruisers RC.

Highland Cruiser’s RC is a Non-Profit organization operating for the sole purpose of promoting fun and safe riding activities. Each person participates in activities solely by their own choice. Participation by each person itself relinquishes any responsibility of the Highland Cruisers RC as an organization for any and all liabilities resulting in participation in any club-related event or activity. Any personal injury or property damage resulting during a club activity, or at any time, becomes the responsibility of the individual parties involved, and at no time shall the Highland Cruisers RC be held liable. Any member involved in any illegal activities will be subject to removal from all club forums, email and membership  immediately. The individual will not be allowed to claim any associations with the Highland Cruisers RC, to include, but not limited to:

 

·         Removal and return of club patch(s) and insignias of any & all   types

·    Prohibited to participate in any activities associated with the Highland Cruisers RC

·      The Highland Cruisers RC reserves the right to accept or reject members and to periodically, and without notice, revise or amend rules and regulations that are deemed necessary.

            In doing so I confirm the following details:

1.      The aforementioned Motorcycle is completely insured by a valid Insurance Policy.

2.      At no point, shall I take legal action against, or seek damages or compensation financial or otherwise, from the Highland Cruisers RC, its members, officers or any associated charities, as a result of a motor vehicle/motorcycle accident, mishap or misadventure while taking part in any Highland Cruisers event or ride.

3.      I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Highland Cruisers RC as specified.

4.      All family members nominated below into the HCRC  must agree to & abide by the rules and regulation of the Highland Cruisers RC as specified and the conditions of the membership specified.
